Commento: Gennaro, I just wanted to thank you for driving us around the Amalfi coast last week. I think that you are qualified to drive on the streets of New York City. I give you credit for being able to navigate through the traffic of Amalfi and Sorrento. You probably look forward to the slower months of the year when the roads are clearer. Commento: We were very happy with the service we received in June of 2004. There were six of us plus luggage. We were met on time at Naples train station and taken to our hotel in Sorrento. Some people may not like the idea of paying in advance (our payment was made after 2 of the 3 contracted ports), but Gennaro is a genuine guide with a legitimate Service.

Commento: We had one day to see the Amalfi Coast. I emailed Gennaro with a laundry list of sights that were "must-see" and was ecstatic with the rate quoted. It was comparable to the excursion rates being offered by the cruise line and had the added touch of such professional, personalized service. Our friends who were also on board, didn't use Sorrento Limo and ended up having an "adventure" with a local taxi driver. We, on the other hand, gave ourselves over to Genarro's expert advise and had an extremely relaxing day and truly enjoyed our tour. Genarro gave his recommendations regarding how to customize our sightseeing plans to maximize the time in each city. There is always a risk in booking over the internet, but this is a sure thing! Genarro knew exactly which cities to linger in and which to make a quick stop. His gentle suggestions of options were very welcome and turned out to be a much better plan than our own. If you are considering a trip to this region, I strongly recommend you make plans to see the area from a locals perspective and your experience will be much richer and satisfying.
