We begin with a guided tour of a local family-run farm which makes fresh mozzarella and caciottine cheese each day. See the cheese making process and enjoy a tasting of the farm’s own artisan salami and Provolone di Monaco DOP cheese, paired with a glass of local wine.

We’ll stop at a local lemon and olive grove to taste a range of products made with the Amalfi Coast’s famous lemons and extra-virgin olive oil, including fresh lemonade, lemon marmellate, sugared lemon slices, and lemon-infused olive oil. You’ll learn how to make limoncello, the iconic local liqueur, and have a chance to visit the plantation.

Your tour will end in true Neapolitan style with pizza! We’ll learn the tricks of the trade at one of the most beloved pizzerias on the coast, with an explanation of authentic Italian pizza and a chance to try your hand at making your own. You’ll feast on the pizza you’ve made yourself, with wine, dessert, and espresso to finish off your meal.
